Eleanor Steffen

Eleanor Steffen is a senior journalism student at the University of Minnesota, graduating in May. 

She likes the automatic transcription feature on Voice Memo, using a reporter’s notebook and finding stories by accident. She also likes tent camping, playing Mario Party with her roommates and leaving snarky Letterboxd reviews. 

She seeks a postgraduate job or internship that will show her how to be more curious and eventually lead her to a job at a *newspaper. 

*Eleanor doesn't care how big the paper is — she just wants to ask a lot of questions and write.
